Returns

I accept returns on original paintings and prints within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Commissions

Custom or commissioned paintings are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are created specifically to your requirements.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the artwork has already been prepared or shipped.
